Untuk mengaktifkan fitur OK Google di Android, perangkat Anda harus memenuhi beberapa persyaratan minimal, yaitu:
- Google app versi 3.5+
- Android 4.4+ (KitKat)
- Mengaktifkan setelan Aktivitas Suara & Audio
Jika "OK Google" tidak berfungsi, pastikan fitur ini sudah diaktifkan. Buka aplikasi Google Now, buka Menu> Settings> Voice> "OK Google Detection". Atur juga bahasa default menjadi Bahasa Indonesia.

Daftar Perintah OK Google atau Google Now
Ada berbagai perintah OK Google yang dapat Anda gunakan. Di bawah ini ialah daftar perintah yang telah diverifikasi dan dapat digunakan pada Android. Tapi kemungkinan besar masih ada perintah-perintah lainnya sebab Google tidak menawarkan daftar perintah secara lengkap, jadi Anda mampu mengeksplorasi sendiri.
Daftar perintah Google Now berikut ini dalam Bahasa Inggris. Untuk menggunakannya dalam bahasa Indonesia cukup gunakan terjemahannya, misal perintah "open calculator", Anda mampu mengatakan "buka kalkulator".

- Play me a video of [idea].
- Find out what song is playing. What is this song? or Who is this?

- Movie showtimes. What's playing? or Movies nearby.
- If a song is playing, ask questions about the artist. For instance, "Where is the band from?" (Android 6.0 Marshmallow)

Tips and Tricks
- Show me gift ideas for [holiday, christmas, special occasion].
- Give me a love quote.
- Say "Metronome" to start a metronome.
- Ask for medical information. Ex: "What is a hunger oedema?"
- How many calories are in [insert food item]?
- When will my package arrive? (This assumes a tracking number is found in your Gmail account.)
- Do a barrel roll.
- Roll a die.
- Flip a coin.

Control Phone and Adjust Settings (Pengaturan Perangkat)

- To learn more about your surroundings, you can ask things like "What is the name of this place?" or "Show me movies at this place" or "Who built this bridge?"
